Rates subject to All N.J. Tax (7% Sales Tax, 3.15% NJ Occupancy Fee and 3.85% Tourism Tax). A deposit of $250.00 required with reservation, credited to last night's stay. Personal checks accepted on advance deposit only. Deposits & Payments refundable if notified (21) days in advance of arrival date, subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Balance Due On Arrival (Cash, Travelers Checks, Money Order, Visa, MC, Discover, AE, or Debit Cards.) Guests who wish to invite visitors to spend days or nights must request, register and pay in advance, conditions permitting.  No refund for early departure.  No one is entitled to a refund for any reason including, but not limited to early checkout and no-shows.  The customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved.  Misrepresentation voids reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of all amounts prepaid. No bicycles or beach chairs permitted in rooms. Sorry No Pets. No portable radios allowed on outside premises. Some dates require a minimum stay.  Additional charge for 2 nights or less.
